Daily Social and Exercises

Join us live daily on Zoom! Join us as early as 10:30am for casual social time before our seated exercise program starts at 11:00am

For the exercise program, a firm chair and weights are recommended. If you do not have weights, try using water bottles or soup cans for light resistance instead.
