McCormick Care Group – COVID-19 Update

This is a McCormick Care Group – COVID-19 Update for Monday, April 27, 2020. We will continue to provide these updates every Monday, Wednesday and Friday as needed.

There are no probable or suspected cases of COVID-19 among our residents or staff at this time.

We continue to await word from the Middlesex London Health Unit as to when the swabbing of all McCormick Home residents and staff will be taking place, according to the directive announced last week. To date, 15 residents and 37 staff have been tested according to the established symptom and screening guidelines, with all tests showing negative results.

Over the weekend, we installed plexiglass dividers on the dining room tables to further enhance our social distancing practices.
