This is a McCormick Care Group – COVID-19 Update for Thursday, December 3, 2020.  We will continue to provide these updates twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays, or as needed.

There are no probable or suspected cases of COVID-19 among our residents or staff at this time.

Following the family Zoom meeting held yesterday, you can find our updated policies, and Family Visitor COVID-19 Guidelines and Education Requirements on our website for your review.  If you are a caregiver coming into the home, you must review the Family Visitor COVID-19 Guidelines and Education Requirements and sign off that you have reviewed, understood and will adhere to the guidelines in place.  You are also required to review the Public Health Ontario videos hyperlinked on our website.  A sign-off of your ongoing review and understanding is required once a month, and moving forward, will be completed the first week of each month.

The minutes from the family meeting held yesterday will be sent out in the e-mail version of this update.  Middlesex-London is anticipated to move into the Orange-Restrict public health designation, which will have impacts on you as family members and which are outlined in the minutes.  As soon as the designation is confirmed, an update will be provided.
