McCormick Care Group – COVID-19 Update

This is a McCormick Home update for Thursday, September 30, 2021.
Over the next few days, family members will begin to receive the Annual Family Satisfaction Survey through a mail out from our independent provider NRC (National Research Corporation) Health. NRC Health is a Canadian Company who has provided services for over 35 years across the nation. As a standalone home, we appreciate the access to benchmarking across the long-term care sector available through NRC.
As in the past, the survey is mailed to the designated Power of Attorney for Personal Care on file. If there is more than one designated POA for Care, it will go to the designated first contact within Point Click Care. Please note: if you have more than one loved one living in our home, you will only receive one survey.
We value your input and encourage you to complete the survey and return it as soon as possible to NCR in the pre-paid envelope. Alternatively, you may access the online version of the survey by using the unique link provided in the cover letter. If you encounter any challenges accessing the survey, please let me know and I can connect you with our designated team leader.
Responses must be received by NRC no later than November 22, 2021 to be included in this year’s survey results. Thank you in advance for taking the time to share your opinions with us.
