McCormick Care Group – Family Update

This is a McCormick Care Group update for Wednesday, September 6, 2023.

The Middlesex-London Health Unit has declared a suspect respiratory (non-COVID) outbreak on Maple Grove.  All affected residents will be isolated to their rooms and on tray service for meals.  Full PPE is to be worn by staff and family visiting ill residents.  Residents of Maple Grove are to remain on their home unit.  Well residents can continue to join in activities, eat meals in the dining room, and attend to medical appointments outside of the home, as planned.

Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell, and please remember to exercise good hand hygiene if you are visiting.
